Download OpenVPN installer below, Select a VPN location and download the VPN key, unzip them.

Install OpenVPN on to your PC then copy over the key that you downloaded as admin to  c:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config\  Once installed just double click on the OpenVPN icon on your desktop and connect
